Commission only on what's recovered
Turnoo takes nothing from your regular bookings. It only charges a share of each recovered Turnoo: 8% on Solo, 5% on Ritmo and nothing on Estudio. It's billed monthly with your plan.

Frequently asked questions
Does Turnoo take a commission on every booking?
No. Your regular bookings pay no commission. The only commission is on slots Turnoo Radar actually recovers, and it depends on the plan: 8% on Solo, 5% on Ritmo and 0% on Estudio.
What is a recovered Turnoo?
A booking that comes in through a Radar offer and stays confirmed. If the service has no price, it counts as €0.
How do my clients pay?
As they always have: at your shop. Turnoo doesn't take payment for appointments on your behalf.
Is there a free trial? Any commitment?
New businesses get 14 days free. A card is required to subscribe, but nothing is charged until the 14 days are up. There's no commitment: cancel anytime. If you have a promo code, apply it when you subscribe.
How many professionals can I have?
Solo includes 1 and allows up to 3 more. Ritmo includes 5 and allows up to 15 more. Estudio has no limit.
I have more than one location.
Each location is a separate business in Turnoo. Solo allows 1, Ritmo up to 3 and Estudio up to 5.
Do you send WhatsApp reminders?
Not yet: it's on the way. Today reminders arrive as a push notification in the Turnoo app, 24 hours before the appointment.
